Thrivera is a semi-independent accommodation provider working with local authorities across London. We provide quality homes and flexible visiting support for young people aged 18–25 — including care leavers — as they build towards full independence.
We started Thrivera because we believe the standard of a young person's home says everything about how much they're valued. Too many young people are placed in accommodation nobody would choose to live in, with support that's inconsistent or generic. We set out to do both properly: homes we'd be happy to live in ourselves, and support that's shaped with each young person, not just delivered to them.
Our team brings experience across supported housing, youth work and safeguarding. Every placement starts with careful matching — compatibility, risk and location — and works towards a clear goal: a successful move into a tenancy of their own.
Because we work across London rather than a single borough, we can offer authorities genuine choice: a placement near a young person's support network, or at a safe distance from it when that's what the plan requires — with staff who know the colleges, services and opportunities in each area we work in.
